Sometimes, people just suck.

It's very odd when apologizing to people only makes them more angry. Really odd.

I guess I will just write it off as part of the insanity of the times.

*sigh*

It's odd, but rather common. Happens to me all the time.

Sometimes people expect you to always bend over backwards with apologies even after you feel like you've done it a million times and couldn't possibly do more and...like we discussed they only want to hold it over your head...
With friends like that who needs enemies. Easier to walk away and let babies have their bottles.

Sometimes I think people get angrier when you apologize because they simply want to be agnry at you. It gives them some sick satisfaction to think they're better than you for whatever reason. When you apologize, you sort of take away their justifcation thinking so. It just takes the wind out of their sails, so they lash out even more just out of frustration.

It's kind of like:

Person A: "GOD! You're such a horrible person!"
Person B: "Yeah. You're right. I was wrong. I'm sorry."
Person A: "That's right and... WAIT NO FAIR!!!"

I don't really understand, though, why people do it. Keeping a fight going after an apology has been given. It just becomes pointless.
