Well, the good news is, I'm back at work, and have an idea of what has been making me so sick over the past few months. The bad news is, it's probably A) bleeding ulcer, B) inflamed gall bladder, or C) both.

Mewp. Sounds painful. Drink lots of water to keep your system flushed out. I presume you've seen a doctor about it - what do they say?
