Apparently, the Pakistani police have captured a high-level Al-Quaeda operative, Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, responsible for planning the 1998 Embassy Bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.
They just happened to get him on July 29th, during the Democratic National Convention.
Well, gee, Dubyah, it seems all that money you paid the Pakistanis to capture bin Laden during the DNC didn't help. They didn't get him.
